BREAKING NEWS-- Deadly Police Shootout

LAWTON-- Two law enforcement officers are injured and one suspect is dead after an early morning shootout. It all started with a drug raid.

Seven news was told that at approximately 6:40 this morning, the officers went to a home in the Turtle Creek neighborhood where a meth suspect was believed to be located.

The suspect opened fire and officers returned fire. By the end, the two officers had been shot and injured. The suspect was shot and killed. No names have been released in the incident.

What is known is that one officer is affiliated with the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics. The other is with a local drug task force. Both are at Comanche County Memorial Hospital. Their conditions are not known at this time.
