Woman arrested for soliciting crimes against family

Wichita Falls_Undercover Officers of the Wichita Falls Police Department have helped stop what could have been several murders.  A Wichita Falls woman is in custody on several charges following the sting operation.

41 year old Julia Olsen was arrested Wednesday evening at 2411 Dartmouth.  She is charged with three counts of Solicitation to Commit Capital Murder, two counts of Solicitiation to Commit Injury to a Child and two counts of Solicitation to Commit Burglary.

Olsen contacted an undercover agent and asked to meet with him.  During the meeting, Olsen told the Officer she wanted him to kill her parents and her husband.  She also told the Officer that she wanted him to injure her two children.  The woman wanted the undercover officer to give the intended victims varying amounts of narcotics and agreed to pay the agent in jewelry and currency.

Olsen was arrested at the scene and transported to the Wichita County Jail.
