STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) - Oklahoma State football coach Mike Gundy completes his staff today, announcing the promotion of Gunter Brewer to co-offensive coordinator and the hiring of Glenn Spencer as a new defensive line coach.

The promotion of Brewer had been expected. Brewer, who had been the receivers coach and passing game coordinator, now will work primarily with OSU's quarterbacks.

Gundy hired another co-offensive coordinator, Trooper Taylor, in December. Taylor will work with the Cowboys' wide receivers. He and Brewer will fill the role vacated by Larry Fedora, who now is the head coach at Southern Mississippi.

Spencer has been an assistant at Duke the past three seasons. Before joining the Duke staff, Spencer spent three seasons as an assistant at Georgia Tech, his alma mater, and was the head coach for three years at NCAA Division Two West Georgia.
