Trial of deputy prison warden's wife delayed until new judge seated

Tulsa_The trial of the wife of a deputy prison warden who spent ten years on the run with a convicted killer is being delayed.  Bobbi Parker is charged in Greer County District Court with helping Randolph Dial escape the Oklahoma State Reformatory in Granite on August 30th, 1994.  The two were found April 4th, 2005 at a chicken ranch in Campti, Texas.

The trial is being delayed because the judge stepped down because he was an assistant district attorney when dial was charged with escape in the case.

Parker claims dial abducted her and she stayed with him because she was afraid of what he would do to her family.  Dial also told investigators he kidnapped Parker and brainwashed her into believing he could hurt her family.

Dial has since died in prison.
