Today's the day Oklahoma Governor Brad Henry plans to tour the drought-stricken panhandle.
Some say conditions there are similar to those during the historic "Dust Bowl" of the 1930's.The drought has left farmers and ranchers struggling to survive.
Henry plans to meet with them during today's tour.
But, some say the Governor waited too long to request federal disaster aid.
Cimarron and Texas County have since been approved for that help.
