POLICE LOOKING FOR ARMED ROBBER

Wichita Falls Police are looking for your help in identifying an armed robber who fired a handgun in a business on the south side of the city yesterday. The man fled the scene with the day's deposits at Car Title & Pay Day Loan.

At 6:25p.m., Friday, October 3, 2008, Police received a call of an Aggravated Robber in progress at 2708 Southwest Parkway. When Officers arrived on scene, the manager was outside the building. He wasn't sure whether the suspect had left.

The Officers' reports indicate that the manager was finishing up paperwork after the business had closed, when a black male suspect walked into the business, produced a handgun and demanded all the money. After receiving the money, the suspect fired the weapon and the bullet damaged a plate glass window and a wall. The suspect then ran to the back of the business and fled through a back door before Police arrived. No one was injured in the incident.

The suspect is described as approximately 6'1" tall and weighing 180 pounds. The manager described the man's clothing as a black hoodie that was pulled tight around his face, dark blue jean and black gloves. No vehicle was seen.

POLICE LOOKING FOR 5 YEAR OLD AND TWO ADULTS

What began as a child custody dispute in Wichita Falls has now turned to a burglary and kidnapping. Although Wichita Falls Police Detectives don't believe the child is in danger, they are requesting your help in locating a 5 year old boy and his abductors.

At 7:48 p.m., Saturday, October 4, 2008, Officers were called to 2101 Giddings, the home of 5 year old Isaac Lujan and his mother. Isaac's mother reported that the child's grandmother arrived at the residence with a man and demanded that Isaac go with them. When the mother refused, the grandmother forced her way into the home and assaulted the mother. The man, who is identified as the grandmother's boyfriend, then produced a knife and threatened the mother. That's when the grandmother fled with Isaac. The couple was last seen getting into a dark colored SUV.

5 year old Isaac Lujan is described as an Hispanic male wearing blue shorts and a black jersey with white trim and the number 9 on it.

The grandmother and boyfriend are now wanted on outstanding warrants for burglary of a habitation and aggravated kidnapping.

The grandmother, 42 year old Sandy Lujan (h/f, 5-3-66) and 28 year old Oscar Lujan (h/m, 11-9/80) may still have Isaac in the Wichita Falls area.
