Texas Man Charged With 3 Counts of Murder

The suspect in the kidnapping and killing of a North Texas woman returns to court next month.

Wallace Bowman Jr. is now charged with capital murder for the killing of Scotland, TX convenience store clerk Mindy Daffern.

Prosecutors are also charging him with killing a Bowie couple, James and Karen France, before setting their house on fire.

Both crimes happened in August.

Bowman's bond is now set at $2 million.  He is due back in court next month for an arraignment hearing.
