Lawton Veterans center residents remember their fallen colleagues

Lawton_The Lawton-Fort Sill Veterans Center got an early start to Veterans Day on Monday with a a ceremony in honor of the veterans and their fallen comrades. "It's all about those that paid the price for our freedom so that we could live to celebrate Veterans Day," said Paul Odle, U.S. Air Force veteran.

Tuesday, they'll celebrate again the freedom that Americans celebrate everyday, thanks to all of them.  "We wouldn't have the freedom to be standing here talking like we are here today had it not been for our military people that paid the price for our freedom," Odle said.

The ceremony ended with the playing of "Taps", bringing the audience to tears as they remembered the fellow veterans and friends they lost.
