Another deadline on Lawton's Midtown Square comes today.
As you may remember the owner, Bobby Mansel, missed the first two deadlines given by the judge in October. Now, he must have all the signed documents for his contractors and an escrow account totalling $600,000 for the renovations.
The contracts have to be turned into Judge Aycock today. If Mansel misses the deadline, Judge Aycock said last week he was prepared to sign a demolition order.
