Mommy & Me Ballet - Lawton City Ballet (LCB) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to dance education, training and performance. They are currently offering several class time slots for 'Ladies of a Certain Age at the Barre,' a beginning-level class for women: Tuesdays from 7-8pm; Wednesdays from 6-7pm, and Thursday mornings from 9-10am. Ballet is a great way to get in shape and stay in shape while improving strength, flexibility and balance. LCB also offers 'Mommy and Me' classes for two and three year-olds as well as 'Tiny Tots,' Pre-Ballet, and beginning thru advanced level ballet classes.
