Briley charges tossed

New information in a three-year-old Lawton murder case.

Charges have been dismissed against Scott Briley, a man police say was an accessory to a murder committed by Ricky Law.  Law is currently serving a life sentence for the murder. But, the judge threw out Briley's confession.

It all started while the two men and the victim, Brandon Acosta, were at Law's house.  Police say law told them he killed Acosta there.

But, Acosta's body was found in the backyard of a different house.  Investigators said Briley helped Law dump the body.

Again, the case has been dismissed against Briley.
