Family asks for help in finding killer

Charles Britt Charles Britt

Wichita Falls_ A Wichita Falls woman is pleading with the public to come forward with any information they may have about the murder of her husband. One year ago, Charles Britt had returned home from buying pizza for his family when he was attacked in his front yard.

"The children were right at the front door and they could see what was happening, that was one thing that kept running through my head. I didn't want them to have to see that," Christina Britt said.

The police have received several leads on this case, but none of them have played out so far.

"There is somebody out there who knows and we just need that person to do the right thing, come forward and talk to us," Detective Brad Love said.

Christina Britt will be holding a vigil for her late husband in Wichita Falls on February 15th from 8 to 9 PM. That date marks the one year anniversary of his death.

If you have any information on Britt's murder, please call Witchita Falls Crime Stoppers at (940) 322-9888.

Beyond their war of words, the row touched on several sensitive issues in Trump's White House, including a lack of racial diversity, security in the executive mansion and a culture that some there feel borders on paranoia.
