Comanche County fatal crash

Comanche County_Oklahoma Highway Patrol says failure to yield and an unbuckled seat belt are to blame for a crash that killed one man in Faxon Thursday afternoon.

Troopers say Faxon's Daniel Theis missed a stop sign and got hit on his passenger side. His truck made almost 2 complete rolls and he died on impact. The driver of the other truck, Melissa Leclair, suffered head injuries and is listed in critical condition at the hospital. Her daughter was also in the truck and is in good condition at the hospital. Troopers say speed was not a factor in the crash.
