COMANCHE COUNTY, OK (TNN) - A 35-year-old Oklahoma City man was killed in a rollover collision early Sunday morning on US 62 in Comanche County about three miles west of Cache.
According to OHP, just before 3:30 a.m. a Honda Civic driven by Eric D. Hill was traveling west when the vehicle left the roadway to the right, over corrected and again moved into the westbound lane before continuing over the center median. The vehicle then entered the eastbound lanes, rolled an undetermined number of times before stopping on the south side of the eastbound lanes.
Hill was taken to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
The accident report stated that the cause of the collision is under investigation. However, it also noted that the driver smelled like alcohol.
Cache Police Department, Comanche County Sheriff’s Office, and Cache Fire Department all assisted OHP in the investigation.
