LAWTON, OK (TNN) - A Comanche County judge says there’s enough evidence to hold a trial for a Lawton man charged with sexually assaulting a young girl.
That decision was made Friday at 43-year-old Kevin Crisel’s preliminary hearing.
He's accused of assaulting the girl several times from 2009 to 2012. She was under the age of 9 at the time.
Crisel is set to be formally arraigned later this month and that’s when a trial date will be set.
A family member, Anthony Crisel Jr, was convicted on the same charge last year.
In addition, Kevin Crisel is charged with child endangerment in a separate case from 2016.
He’s been ordered to appear in court in May on that charge.
