LAWTON, OK (TNN) - A few showers are likely tomorrow morning but there will be a higher chance of rain for part of the weekend.
Mostly clear and mild this evening with temperatures in the upper 50s by 9PM. Overnight, a cold front will pass through Texoma, shifting winds to the north. Lows in the mid 40s. A few light showers are likely from late tonight until midday tomorrow then skies should become mostly sunny later tomorrow afternoon. Highs in the low 60s. North to northwest winds 10-20 mph. Mostly clear and chilly tomorrow night with lows in the mid to upper 30s.
Thursday will be a nice day under mostly sunny skies but some clouds will likely increase from the west during the afternoon. Light winds and highs in the upper 60s. Clouds will thicken up on Friday ahead of our next storm system but it should stay dry. Highs in the upper 60s. Lows in the mid 40s. A few showers are likely Friday evening and into Friday night. Scattered showers & storms are also likely on Saturday with highs in the low 60s. A dryline may push into parts of Texoma on Sunday but a few showers or storms could form in eastern counties later in the day. Warm and breezy with highs in the 70s.
Depending on the timing of our next cold front early next week, Monday should be another warm day with highs around 70. Cooler air is expected to move in on Tuesday and highs could drop into the 50s.
