LAWTON, OK (TNN) - The Percussion Ensemble and Pan Express at Cameron University and Duncan High School joined together Tuesday night for a special concert at the university’s theater.
Tuesday’s performance was all about unifying percussion musicians from southwest Oklahoma, and allowing the high school students a chance to perform with college musicians. And joining those two groups was a musician from Marlow high school who shared the stage to play.
The students performed a number of different songs, including "Sizzle" and "Charlie's Samba."
Admission was free, and the groups hosted a reception after the performance ended.
