LAWTON, Okla. (TNN) - Rain and storms will end this morning and skies will clear up through noon.
Showers will linger through about 7-9AM this morning then skies will become mostly sunny this afternoon. Temperatures in the low 70s at noon with highs in the mid to upper 70s. Mostly clear and cool tonight with lows in the mid to upper 50s.
Humidity will build back in over the next few days as southwest flow returns to the Southern Plains. This will allow disturbances to approach from the west, keeping us unsettled from Wednesday into at least part of the week. Expect an isolated storm chance Wednesday with highs in the mid 80s. A stronger system will bring a higher chance of storms later Thursday into Friday. A few storms could be severe. Highs in the mid 80s and lows near 70.
The weekend looks decent but it will be warm and humid. There is a chance of a storm on Saturday and skies will be partly cloudy. Highs in the upper 80s. We should stay dry on Sunday with a mix of sun and clouds. Highs in the mid to upper 80s and lows near 70. A few storms could move into western Texoma on Monday and highs will stay in the upper 80s.
Have a great Tuesday!
