LAWTON, Okla. (TNN) - A pair of weak cold fronts will move through Texoma over the next several days.
Clear skies this evening into tonight and winds will shift to the north after midnight as a cold front sweeps through Texoma. Temperatures will drop into the mid 30s by 9PM and 30 by morning. North winds will be breezy tomorrow but it will not be much cooler than today with highs in the low to mid 50s.
South winds will return on Friday under sunny skies. Highs will be in the upper 50s and lows in the 20s. Clouds will move in and thicken up Saturday ahead of our next storm system. Breezy south winds will help temperatures reach the low 60s. A fast-moving area of low pressure and cold front will push through the area on Sunday, bringing a low chance of showers. Highs will stay in the low to mid 50s thanks to breezy north winds. Much warmer temperatures will develop early next week and we may see additional chances of rain by late next week.
Have a great evening!
