LAWTON, Okla. (TNN) - A Lawton man was arrested and charged with a felony count of stalking on Thursday.
According to an affidavit, Robert Fisher was at his ex-wife’s home, which violated a protection order against him.
When police arrived, Fisher was across the street from his ex-wife’s home, and had reportedly thrown bread and a dead chinchilla into her yard. He had retrieved the chinchilla with a fishing rod.
He was out on bond for pending criminal cases after being arrested in July. He is accused of choking and biting a woman after a verbal altercation at a gas station. He was taken to a hospital where he reportedly spit on an officer.
Fisher is now being held on a $75,000 bond.
