UPDATE: Crews responded to grass fire in southeast Comanche County

LAWTON, Okla. - A grass fire in Comanche County is 100 percent contained, according to Comanche County Emergency Management.

The fire sparked up just after 5 p.m. on Thursday in Southeast Comanche County.

Lawton Fire Department along with Flowermound, Geronimo, Hulen and Valley View Volunteer Fire departments were called out to the area of 60th Street and Baseline Road.

There is no word on how it started or how many acres were burned.

No injures were reported and structures in the area were not impacted.
