LAWTON, Okla. (KSWO) -The message being spread on Day One of Big 12 Media Days, is that change is a good thing.
The message the conference commissioner and the coaches are trying to hammer home.
OU and Texas may be on their way out of the Big 12, but with BYU, Central Florida, Cincinnati and Houston joining, the conference remains strong.
