James Wicks
Sports Director
James Wicks joined KSWO as Sports Director in June 2023.
Originally from Chickasha, James has always lived in the Sooner state. He has a journalism degree from University of Oklahoma and loves all things sports playing football, basketball, baseball and golf in school. While he still likes to shoot a few rounds of golf with friends on the weekends, his focus has now switched from playing to highlighting the young athletes of Southwest Oklahoma.
In his spare time, James likes playing FIFA, hitting the gym and collecting Funko Pops (out of the box, though). Feel free to send him a message with story tips, or to see how his fantasy football team is doing.
