Kyle Weatherly began working at KSWO in the fall of 2007. After starting as a production assistant, Kyle worked his way up the ladder and joined the sports department in 2009. He was promoted to Sports Director in 2011, a position he would hold for more than 11 years.
Kyle was fortunate to cover a number of exciting sporting events, including several State Championships at the high school level, four Big 12 Championship football games and Will Shields’ induction into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2015.
Weatherly’s career took a turn in December of 2022 when he joined the Good Morning Texoma team as a news anchor. He’s excited for this new challenge and the opportunity to serve SW Oklahoma in a different way.
