LAWTON, Okla._Lawton's third homicide of 2014 is no longer being ruled a homicide.

After several interviews at the prison and taking the Medical Examiners report into consideration, the District Attorney has ruled that there is not enough evidence at this time to rule Christopher Glass's death as a homicide. The Medical Examiner gave the possible cause of death as methamphetamine toxicity along with pre-existing conditions.

If credible information is received showing that it was a homicide, then the investigation will be reopened.
