(RNN Texoma) - In Southwest Oklahoma, the vote for 788 was a close race.
Comanche County saw the biggest "yes" out of the area, with 58% in favor. Other counties in favor were Caddo and Grady, both at 51%.
In Caddo, 3,200 people voted in favor of medial marijuana in Grady county. Jackson was near even with 50.6%.
Greer, Beckham, Harmon and Cotton County both said no overall, with 49% of people approving. "Yes" got only 47% in Jefferson county.
Other counties disapproved further, with "yes" votes in Stephens and Kiowa counties only reaching 45%.
44% voted yes in Washita County, and Tillman county only had 43%, though the difference was within 300 votes there.
